Our manifesto is a starting point. Over the next five months we will be conducting a global listening tour, engaging with you, the Member Clubs, to ensure that we sharpen our focus and deliver for you, based on our core values: professionalism, inclusion, growth and integrity -- But most of all, service to you, the Member Clubs of our Federation.
Governance must be the first pillar of real reform. It’s about values — fairness, transparency, and service -- not control. We will restore democracy within the FIA, empower diverse perspectives, and rebuild a culture of open dialogue. Real accountability means clear decisions, honest reporting, and leadership that earns trust by listening and delivering

Mobility is about access, dignity and opportunity. The FIA must help member clubs thrive, supporting core functions for membership while delivering value to grow their businesses. With a Mobility Equity Framework, we’ll prioritize underserved clubs and deliver practical tools to help clubs grow and shape their national mobility agendas. We will work with the FIA Foundation to deliver a legacy of safety and human dignity.

The FIA must deliver value to our members clubs and foster real growth — from grassroots to global championships. That starts with simplified rules, cost effective tools, and structured training for clubs and officials. We will become true partners for growth with our championship promoters, teams and drivers. But most of all, we will commit to emerging regions and break down barriers, for anyone held backby cost, complexity or culture.
